Name of Clan: Tzuki

Dominating Element(s): Fire + Earth = Lava

Abilities/Bloodlines: The Tzuki clan has control over fire and earth, but lava potential is only reached by few since it involves a two element fuse to completely use to the fullest.

How to obtain or activate bloodline: Each clan member is taught by birth in one of the elements, but once in every generation or so there will be a chosen child with control over both. Giving that child the likelier chance of obtaining the clans lava based jutsus. The masterier of both elements puts great strain on the user. Also once a clansman has mastered either fire or earth. ((Admins will reach upon poll to see if your character could learn the other element, but in ties also claims that the character can soon learn lava.))

Dominating Element(s): Wood/Nature

Abilities/Bloodlines: Has the ability to manipulate all forms of nature such as, but not limited to:
Leaves
Trees
Flowers
Grass
Thorns
and so on.

How to obtain or activate bloodline: Clan member must have the ability to perform and combine two specific elements.

Name of Clan:Rin`jinoto

Dominating Element(s):The Rin`jinoto clan specializes in Water and wind

Abilities/Bloodlines:They have this eye called the Cjintio (Sin-He-SHIO) which allows them to predict a persons movements and it allows them to pentrate a persons brain wave system if they get blood from that person before they activate it.

How to obtain or activate bloodline:you have to be part of the clan to obtain automatically or you will have a seal placed on you

Name of Clan:Shinozuki

Dominating Element(s): Water + Lightning = Screaming Waves

Abilities/Bloodlines: The Shinozuki Clan can see imprints left by the persons chakra, such as a handprint or footstep... of course they can see the persons own chakra when they see them , but it is like an aura, it only lets them see the persons mood and feelings... only later on in the higher levels of adapting can they us it to its full extent which consists of observing chakra movements in the body, Possibly even seeing the persons moves before they act.

How to obtain or activate bloodline: Each clansmen has it in them to bring about their ability but it must be manifested in training, once the ability has fully manifested, (such as being able to see someones chakra print) the ability grows on its own suiting itself to the users particular lifestyle, sometimes not changing at all, and sometimes blooming into an ability that can identify and distinguish chakra flows from the entire world around them

From the most recent chapters, we know that the Summoner Pain is from the Fuuma clan. Jiraiya states this directly, this is not a theory but is manga canon.

Since two other Pain bodies, Fatty and Blindy, share a strange trait with the Summoner body - ginger hair - and strange colored hair is typically enough to prove family ties in manga/anime, I'll go out on a limb and say that the three of them are from the Fuuma clan.

The Yahiko Pain body is also a ginger, and I cannot believe that this is some coincidence or mistake on Kishimoto's part. He must also be from the Fuuma clan.

Now, if four of the six Pain bodies are Fuuma, what about the other two: Smiley and Angry? Of course, they must also be from the Fuuma clan, although the evidence of this is thin at best.

Question: does this mean that the Fuuma clan is the source of the Rinnegan kekkei genkai?

No. If the Rokudou Sennin was the founder of the Fuuma clan then there's no proof of it that I'm aware of. As far as I can tell, Nagato merely found some way to give Rinnegan to the Fuuma clan for reasons unknown. But I don't want to get into that here, it's not directly related to the theories I'm talking about.

Question: But several of the Pains were depicted as being from different villages and some might not even be from a village. How can one clan be spread so thin?

This is a difficult point, but there was some foreshadowing earlier that might make this crystal clear. However, pay attention because this will get a little complicated. Before Jiraiya set off on his final mission, he mentioned a Whirlpool country. Now, Whirlpool doesn't exist on the manga's map and Jiraiya spoke about it using a past tense. It's my belief that Whirlpool country was destroyed during one of the Shinobi Wars and its territories were divided.

Look at the manga-canon portion of the map provided by Dominoes. Take special note of at least these four countries: Fire, Rain, Waterfall, Grass. Look at the picture of the alleged Fuuma clan members before they became Pain again. I believe that at least these four countries contain territories of the old Whirlpool country where the Fuuma clan originally came from - or at least they are the countries where the Fuuma spread across.

Question: Why is Fire country part of this? Three Pain bodies were originally from Waterfall, Rain and Grass only, but none of them came from the Fire country.

Naturally, with just this information it would seem that Fire country should not be part of the "old Whirlpool" theory. However (and this is where it gets complicated) Naruto's mother was described by Jiraiya as a ninja from the old Whirlpool country (or perhaps just a territory of old Whirlpool), and she was also a ginger. It's my belief that she is somehow related to the Fuuma clan even if she's not directly a Fuuma herself, which might explain Naruto's uncanny similarities to Yahiko Pain as well as the whirl design in the Konohagakure emblem.

Question: But the Shodaime and Nidaime Hokages had the whirl-and-leaf emblem. Wouldn't that mean that Whirlpool would have to have been destroyed way before any of these characters were alive?

Yes, but that doesn't actually discredit any part of the theory. Kushina could merely have come from the portion of Fire country that used to be part of Whirlpool country, if the Whirlpool country was originally overtaken during the first Shinobi War.

Okay, okay, hold on. So, all six Pain bodies are from the Fuuma clan, Naruto's mother Kushina is also in part or in whole of the Fuuma clan making Naruto the cousin of Pain(s), and the old Whirlpool country is just one part of modern Fire country and maybe several others? Even if I buy into all of that, what does it mean?

I don't know! That's why this is still a work-in-progress. We're just sitting on the edge of new information. It could be a while before Kishimoto decides to show us enough to prove/disprove these (series of) theories, but either way I expect it to involve Naruto and his link to the Kyuubi, Naruto's lineage and how Nagato is manipulating the Fuuma clan via the Rinnegan, and Nagato and Akatsuki's plan for the Kyuubi.

Name of Clan: Kuratsu

Dominating Element(s): Water and wind

Abilities/Bloodlines: The clan has the ability to manipulate water and/or wind, and with more experience, ice. The clan also posses a bloodline known as Mizushigai. It allows the user to turn any part of their body to water. Only downfall is it uses much chakra and takes several moments for the body to become stable afterwards. Only very experienced users can regenerate quickly.

How to obtain or activate bloodline: To obtain the bloodline, one must be part of the clan. To activate one must train in water manipulation and stealth.
