Abilities/Bloodlines:Byakugan is the blood inheritance limit of the Hyuuga Clan. The Hyuuga clan was one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the bloodline of the Sharingan eye. When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the tenketsu; the internal chakra coils system 361 pressure points. This vision also grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings, the higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blind spot that extends outwards from the vertebra of the upper back.

The clan uses this ability in conjunction with their own chakra creating the Juuken (gentle fist) fighting style. The clan member can use their fingers or palms to emit chakra to flow into their opponents body's at the tenketsu points. When the hand draws close enough to strike, the clan member can stop or increase their opponent’s chakra flow. The internal chakra coils which spread throughout the body also wrap around the internal chakra producing organs. So if the internal coils are attacked, it also damages these internal organs. Because a ninja can not train their internal body, such damage can be a critical hit for even a highly skilled ninja. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyuuga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra for jutsu.

(what I want to add) Hyuuga Will- Stage 1
The first stage of the Hyuuga bloodlimit is an agility enhancer. Through the use of chakra, directed to the legs and feet of the user in a mass quantity, the user can become faster than before imagined. The user must concentrate his entire being on the chakra within the body and push all but a small amout to the legs and feet. This will cause the tendons and sinew to strengthen temporarily and tighten to make the spring and retraction in the legs quicker. The chakra to the feet causes extreme grip to occur, allowing the user to move a quick as possible over any surface. During this time, the user becomes a blur to his/her opponent and becomes harder to target, as if something is wrong with the eyes.
Side effects - After use of this technique, the user slows down to half speed, as if in mud. (slowed 2 turn) The senses become dull and balance becomes harder. (unstable 1 turn) If technique is used excessively, there is a 48% chance that the user will retain all side effects for 4-6 months. (50 uses before chance kicks in. Mods decide if effects are permanent.) Genjutsu 20, Ninjutsu 15, Taijutsu 10, all but 5 points of chakra to use technique. Duration 2 turns Separate from stage 2 and 3 Useful only in conjunction with Thousand Shadow Strike jutsu.

Clan Jutsu: Hyuuga Will- Stage 2
The second stage of the bloodlimit enhances the users reflexive properties and senses. When Hyuuga will is invoked, the chakra is directed to the calf and forearm muscles. The same technique for using this stage applies like in the first stage. Sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell are enhanced three fold when stage two is active. The user is able to see farther than before and focus the sight much better, allowing the user to notice even the most minute details. Hearing becomes enhanced as well, making it difficult to sneak up on the user. The other senses also undergo such a change as sight and sound. The reflexes are incresed two fold as well, making it difficult to catch the user off guard. The user's twitch muscles become more refined and the nervous system becomes twice as responsive. This enables the user to obtain a quicker reaction time and allows him/her to evade quicker than usual.
Side effects - Due to the enhancements, when the bloodlimit finishes, all of the senses dull to half strength. (Disorientation 1 turn) The reflexes dull as well, the nervous system dropping to 45% active capacity. (slowed 3 turns) Excessive use may cause the users nervous system to shut down completely, causing paralysis from the neck down. (60% chance after 50 uses) Duration 3 turns. Seperate from stage 1 and 3 Genjutsu 40, Ninjutsu 30, Taijutsu 20, half chakra to use.

Clan Jutsu: Hyuuga will- Stage 3
This is a technique that is used to enhance the body strength and bolster the defense. The user must focus the chakra into the arms and flesh very carefully. The chakra in the flesh must be slightly solidified, a dangerous process that could kill the user. The chakra in the arms must fuse with the triceps and biceps. The chakra in the arms causes the strength to enhance by three fold, making the user able to perform amazing feets of strength and deliever blows with more impact. This is a very dangerous, because the user might end up severing the muscle tissue with the chakra, causing it to fold and cause spasmatic trauma to the arms. The chakra used for the flesh causes the users defense to rise two fold and makes it harder to penetrate. By this, the user is able to half the damage done to him/her and continue to fight longer than usual. The danger in this technique is that the user might solidify the chakra too much and severe his epidermus from the rest of his body, causing instant death.
Side effects - After technique is finished, the user is drained of strength and weakened greatly. (Strength down by half and defense down by half for 3 turns) The user also suffers extreme hunger. (stomach pains until food is consumed) Genjutsu 60, Ninjutsu 45, Taijutsu 30, 35 chakra needed. Duration 2 turns. Seperate from stage 1 and 2
